Great start to the morning!

45 minutes of yoga, followed by some yogurt with flax seed, walnuts, blackberries, and a bit of maple syrup. Today is going to be productive, I can feel it!

Mmmmm breakfast

Oatmeal with almond milk, flax seed, bananas, blueberries, walnuts, and just a hint of maple. And my crammed day planner in the background... How appropriate.
